Coming to a strange land where people lived in traditionally formed communities, I thought the transition for me to fit in would be extremely difficult. NRS made the transition easier by providing a sense of guidance and belongingness. Professionally, I have had a chance of experiencing a Nepalese workplace culture and atmosphere. This would have been impossible if I went to literally any other country in the world for obvious reasons. I have been to speak with clients, pitched to top employers within the country and been a part of developing a new branch for the company. I look forward to experiencing the new sides of my professional career and hope to apply everything I learned at NRS in every path I take.
