Cindy Angama has more than 15 years of experience in Hospitality Industry with a strong focus on customer service. She also has a well-built expertise in training new staff complying to standard regarded by the company requirement. When it comes to customer handling and complaints, she is known to be an expert. She has worked in her native country France over 8 years in the Hospitality and Travel industry as a Travel agent. She went to UK to improve her English language and work at the same time for 2 years in Hospitality Industry. “As she has a Soul Traveler and a curiosity of the working condition outside of her comfort zone.” She went to South Korea and worked as an Assistant Manager in Hospitality sector for about 2 years. Back in the UK, she worked in the same sector for about 3 years and decided to study a Bachelor Degree in Business Management in order to recognize her valuable experience- knowledge into a diploma. At the same time, she is in Nepal for pursing an internship in the Human Resource Department for a changement of Career, where she is learning all aspects of the Recruitment procedure till the Exit Interview.
