Mrs. Sanju KC has an enormous knowledge and experience regarding research. Her research ability is enhanced by more than fifteen years of working experience in social and development projects, especially on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), enterprise development, governance, social audit, local level planning, child friendly local governance (CFLG), social mobilization and civic oversight, Participatory Organizational Capacity Analysis Process (POCAP), financial management, monitoring and evaluation and different issues in Nepal. She also holds significant exposure on training need assessment, business plan development, gender equality and social inclusion audit, project evaluation, local planning process, training module/ manual/ curriculum/ toolkit development, ToT, training planning and facilitation in various issues in national level.
